Lina (Dumouchel) Dault

Lina Mary Dault (Dumouchel), born October 6, 1953, passed away at home on January 26, 2023, after a lengthy battle with pulmonary fibrosis.  She was 69 years old. 

It would be wrong to say Lina lost her battle because she never stopped fighting.  No matter how sick she was, she always put a smile on her face, continued to help others as best she could and kept going.  Through her, we know what resilience, perseverance and strength truly look like.  

She was predeceased by her parents Anita and Jérome Dumouchel and her brothers Roger and Yvon Dumouchel.  Lina is survived by her children Evelyn (Kent) Hummelle, Billy Dault (Stephanie Deshaies) and Steven Dault; her grandchildren Samantha Dault, Jorgia Hummelle, Carter Hummelle and Luke Hummelle; her brother Henry (Nicole) Dumouchel, and her cousin Roger (Lorraine) Gauthier who she loved like a brother. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephew and many cousins and friends. 

They invite you to join them for a visitation at Stinson Funeral home January 29, 2023, from 7pm-9pm.  Her funeral service will be held at St Anthony of Padua Cathedral at 11am on Monday January 30, 2023.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St Anthony of Padua Cathedral or the Timmins foodbank.
