Ken Lehtimaki

It is with the greatest of sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Ken Lehtimaki, age 60 at the Timmins and District Hospital on January 14, 2022.

He will be extremely missed by his loving family, his sister Susan (Patrick) McGaghran, his nieces Jennifer Caron and Stephanie (Chris) Nenonen and his great nieces and nephews Alexis, Colton, Hudson & Sadie. As well as his most cherished little buddy, his dog Bear, who Ken took great pleasure in spoiling.

Ken had some pretty special lifelong friendships including his uncle Denis (Chrissy) Davis and will be fondly remembered by his many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Predeceased by his father Kenneth Lehtimaki in 1970 and his mother Audrey Lehtimaki (Davis) in 2021.

Ken was a barber for over 30 years (Family Hair Design) which resulted in creating many close friendships. He enjoyed a motorcycle ride and settling in at the cottage with a good book. Over the years Ken quietly volunteered his time to many local charities, non-profit organizations and societies.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date when it’s safe to do so.
