Frank Stockill
It is with great sadness that the family of Frank Stockill announces his passing at home on Thursday September 2nd, 2021, at the age of 85. Frank was the forever loved husband of Marilyn for 63 years. Loving father of Harold (late Marg), Ken (Rhonda), Shane (Syl), Connie (Ron), and Colleen. Cherished grandfather of Zachary, Carly, Miranda, Joshua (Sarah), Shandie (Asad), Kyle (Amy), Jordan (Shannon), (late) Amanda, Franklyn, Landon, Melissa, and Kevin. Treasured great-grandfather of Nolan, Lennox, Angus, Samuel, and baby boy on the way. Frank was also proud to be a grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great grandfather to many stepchildren. He will be greatly missed by his sister Myrna, brother-in-law’s Jim (Diane), Ken (Brenda) and by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Vern & Christina and by his brother Hartley.
Frank retired from Hydro One after 36.4 years. He took pride in his job and loved sharing his stories. Frank enjoyed time with his family and friends, cherishing the memories he made with them. We will be forever grateful for the care and support we received from the Bayshore Nurses, especially Amy. Marnie Chisholm you will always be cherished and appreciated. Thank you to Dr. Kvas for his 27 years of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Emergency Department would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
